Estimate before tax. Hours are shared across your organization's events and rooms, with the earliest-expiring hours used first. Each purchase has its own 12-month expiration. Hands-on event setup or monitoring is quoted separately.
How purchased hours work
No recurring payment or automatic top-up. We warn your operator when hours run low. If hours run out during a session, a one-time account allowance of five translated-language minutes provides time to arrange a top-up. Translation pauses when that grace is used. Checks run periodically, so final usage can slightly exceed the allowance. Additional purchases settle recorded unpaid usage first.
New purchases do not extend older hours. Refunds or payment reversals remove the corresponding hours. If those hours were already used, the account must replenish them before another session. Contact us about refunds; purchasing does not promise an automatic refund of unused hours.

What do attendees need?
A smartphone with an internet connection. They scan your QR code, choose a language, and listen with earbuds or follow live captions. No app or listener account is required.
What equipment does our team need?
An internet-connected computer, smartphone, or tablet and a clear audio source. A direct feed from the venue sound system gives the clearest results. Each attendee also needs internet access.
Can we run multiple rooms?
Yes. Create and name up to 10 rooms, each with its own audio feed and language settings. Active languages across all rooms count toward the same account’s translation hours.
Does our speaker need to pause?
Live translation follows the speaker continuously. Timing varies with the language, speaking pace, audio quality, and connection. Test your setup before the event.
Can attendees read instead of listening?
Yes. Attendees can use captions-only mode on their phones without earbuds or translated audio playing.
How do translation hours work?
One hour of audio translated into one active language uses one translation hour. A one-hour meeting translated into Spanish and French uses two translation hours. Each active language and room counts separately.
Is pricing based on attendance?
Business purchases include unlimited listeners with no extra charge per listener. Choose the number of translation hours you need. Purchase prepaid business hours for meetings or events. Hours remain valid for 12 months.
Can we use this for a private or government meeting?
Contact our team before booking to review access restrictions, data handling, and any requirements for official interpretation. Private meeting codes and specific compliance requirements must be confirmed for your event.
What about multilingual Q&A?
Tell us how questions will be asked and which languages you need. We will review the microphone setup, speaker changes, captions for the moderator, and audio routing before confirming a Q&A workflow. Keep translated audio out of the microphone feed.
How does the trial work?
Business purchases do not include a production-event trial. Ask us about arranging a supervised demonstration before purchasing.
What happens if we use our purchased hours?
Purchase additional business hours when needed. There is no automatic rebilling. Each purchase lasts 12 months, and new purchases do not extend older hours.
